Pete always reckoned he could pull the birds - he had by then moved onto his red MG sprite sportscar, so that did help his cause !!! It was round about this time that he met Wendy Graham at Druffies nightclub. In their youth they were always finishing with each other, but that was young romance for you. Pete and Wendy married at St Pauls Church in Stalybridge,and they bought their first house in Tatton Street Stalybridge. They went on to have a beautiful daughter - Andrea Louise, who was the apple of her Daddys eye. Pete bought Andrea all the usual things a Dad buys his daughter - scalextrix, train set etc etc !!!!
